I'm Irma teixeira de Miranda, 30 years old, a young mestizo woman with many dreams and yearning to live, born and raised on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro. I am Adequate in Tourism from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, being the first of the family to have a degree. Anti-racist activist, forged in the struggle of social movements, especially in the movement for rights.

Now that you know me, I need your help...
3 thousand euros separate me from a collective dream. I'm very close to finishing my master's degree at the University of Barcelona, ​​an objective that is not just mine, but that of my family, an objective of the favela where I grew up, of my community. And that are part of a bigger dream, to produce knowledge so that more people who came from a similar origin to mine can also conquer the world. I believe that education should be accessible to all and I will fight for reality to change, but in the meantime, I ask for your help.
